Privacy policy
PoolTabl.es by Cue Quest stores only what a form needs to work: a seller's name, email, and optional phone when they list a table, a buyer's name, email, and message when they contact a seller, and a salted hash of your IP address when you click a pro's phone number or website. Nothing is sold or shared beyond the parties named below. To have anything removed, email privacy@pooltabl.es.

What we collect and why
Listing a table for sale
Your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number are stored so buyers can reach you through the site's contact form. They are never published in the listing and never appear in the page HTML. The listing itself (title, description, price, condition, city, photos) is public.
Messaging a seller
Your name, email address, and message are stored and relayed to the seller by email so they can reply to you directly. The seller sees your name and email; the site does not otherwise use them.
Claiming a business profile
The details you submit are used to verify that you represent the business and to update its profile. They are held in a private maintainer issue, not in the public repository.
Lead clicks
When you click a pro's phone number or website link, we record the click with a hash of your IP address that is salted with a value that changes daily. We cannot recover your IP address from it and it cannot be linked across days. We also record the page you clicked from and the page that referred you there, if your browser sends one — a referrer can be an external URL and may carry a search query. It exists only to count leads and to rate-limit abuse.
Bot protection
Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes connection data to decide whether a request is automated. Cloudflare's privacy policy governs that processing.
Business profiles
Pro profiles marked "Business data powered by Google" are public business listings sourced from Google Places: name, address, phone, website, and category. If you own a business shown here and want it corrected or removed, use the "Claim this profile" link on the profile or email us.
Advertising and cookies
This site may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar identifiers to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.
This site also uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It records the page you are on, a rough location derived from your IP address, and your browser and device type, and it sets cookies to tell one visit from the next. It does not receive your name or email, and nothing you type into a form on this site is sent to it. You can opt out for every site with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Aside from advertising, analytics, and Turnstile, this site sets no cookies of its own.
Where data lives and how long
Form data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and photos in Cloudflare R2, both in Cloudflare's US infrastructure. Listings stop being shown 90 days after they are posted. If a submission fails to publish, its seller contact details are deleted immediately. Deletion of contact details, messages, and lead-click records is not yet automated on a fixed schedule — email us and we will remove them by hand, normally within 30 days.
Your choices
Email privacy@pooltabl.es to see, correct, or delete anything we hold about you. We respond within 30 days. Because the public parts of the site are published from a version-controlled repository, removed content may persist in that repository's history but is no longer served.
Changes
We will update the effective date above when this policy changes. Material changes will be noted on this page for 30 days.
